About Me

Allison: Hi, I'm Allison. But those who know me best call me Allie. My passion has become exploring how I can get back to the core of who I am and love her unabashedly. Corny? Maybe. But true none the less. My hope is that in this one, precious life we have I don't waste another second being anything but authentic to myself and thereby teach my girls how to live true to themselves. Spoiler, I have a lot to learn....like a LOT. I'm a wonderful juxtaposition of so many pieces that make me a whole; an introverted extrovert, a lover of loud music but alone in the car, a ever evolving human who is still perfectly imperfect. I'm a lot, but I'm just right that way. In that I also happen to find myself exploring the idea of being healthy, but loving myself however that looks.
